NOTICE is hereby given that the LOCKPORT TOWNSHIP FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT (“District”) is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of new OVERHEAD DOORS & DOOR OPENERS. The detailed specifications and other bid documents may be obtained at the Fire District’s website www.lockportfire.org. Sealed Bids titled “2026 – Overhead Doors & Door Openers” will be accepted by mail or hand delivery to Deputy Chief William Blaskey at the District’s Administration Center, 19623 Renwick Road, Lockport, IL 60441,  until 3:00 p.m. on July 9, 2026, after which time no additional bids be accepted.  The sealed bids will be publicly opened and the contents of the bids announced at the District Administrative Office, 19623 Renwick Road, Lockport, IL 60441, at 3:00 p.m. on July 9, 2026.  The District intends to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, as determined by the District. 

 

The District reserves the right to waive any irregularities, technicalities, and other nonmaterial variances contained in any submitted bid and to reject all bids.
